Where can I get an English manual for the Galaxy Tab 4?
My wife called the Samsung support centre office to ask for a technician to call and repair a Samsung Fridge/Freezer appliance at our house in Bangsaray.
An appointment was made for last Saturday in the afternoon.
I am extremely disappointed that I was instructed to wait in all afternoon for the technician to come, but regrettably, no one turned up, which resulted in my whole afternoon being wasted.
Again my wife called support at Samsung on Monday 28th September as to what happened, why the technician did not call or turn up, and amazingly, she was told that they would call back again in 1 hour……..it is now Wednesday 3rd of September, and I am still waiting for that call and a visit to repair this Samsung appliance.
Samsung is an exceptional company, with great appliances, BUT, Frankly, your after sales service is just not good enough. and I don’t have the time to waste on a technician that cannot fulfill his customer service roll, and it is getting worse for every day that passes.
Please rectify this problem for me immediately, otherwise I will have no alternative but to make a substantial complaint to the Manufacturers and importers of Samsung.
